At Grrow Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality telecommunication, IT, and website design services to both individual and business clients. We strive for transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. General Policy
Refunds are granted based on the nature of the service, the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase, and applicable consumer laws in the UK. This policy applies to both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A. Telecommunication Services
- Subscription-based services (e.g. call blocking, VOIP services)
- Refunds are not available after activation of the service.
- For annual plans, partial refunds may be granted if cancellation is requested within 14 days of activation and the service has not been fully used.
- One-time purchases (e.g. setup fees, device configurations)
- Non-refundable once the service is delivered.
B. IT Services
- Hardware or software support & configuration
- If the issue is not resolved within the agreed time frame, a partial refund or credit note may be issued.
- No refunds on completed services or software licenses already procured on your behalf.
- Remote support
- Refunds are only applicable if the service is not delivered within 3 business days of payment.
C. Website Design and Development
- Project deposits are non-refundable once the project begins.
- If cancellation is requested before any design or development work, a 50% refund may be issued.
- If unsatisfied with the final delivery
- We offer two rounds of revisions. Refunds are not available after revisions are exhausted or the final project is approved.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom software, integrations, or bespoke development once delivered.
- Domain registration, SSL certificates, or third-party subscriptions.
- Digital or downloadable content after access is granted.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@grrowmarketing.co.uk with:
- Your full name or business name
- Invoice or service registration number
- Reason for the refund request
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
6. B2B Transactions
B2B clients agree to our terms of service and project scope. Refunds for B2B services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to contractual terms and mutual agreement.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK laws.
