This policy explains when refunds may be issued for our IT consulting and other telecommunications services.
Because many of our services involve professional time, technical configuration, and third-party provider costs, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1. Business Clients (B2B)

This section applies to companies, partnerships, sole traders, and other commercial customers.

IT Consulting & Project Services
  • Deposits for fixed-price or project work are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges will apply for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Custom development, integrations, and bespoke configurations are non-refundable once commenced.
  • Prepaid consulting time may be refunded only for unused hours, subject to administrative and incurred costs.
Service Levels

Where a Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies, remedies are limited to those defined in the contract, which may include service credits rather than monetary refunds.

2. Home Customers (B2C)

This section applies to private individuals purchasing services for personal use.
Cooling-Off Period (Where Applicable)
If you purchase services online or remotely, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.

However:
  • If you request that services begin within the 14 days, you may be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Once a service has been fully delivered, cancellation rights may no longer apply.
IT Services for Home Customers
  • If work has not yet started, you may request a full refund.
  • If work has begun, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis for unfinished services.
  • Custom or made-to-order services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Home Other telecommunication Services
  • Setup and installation fees are non-refundable once completed.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance and are not partially refundable after the billing period begins.
  • Contract terms and minimum service periods may apply.
Faults or Service Issues

If your service is faulty or not delivered as agreed, we will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly
  • Offer repair, correction, or replacement where possible
  • Provide a refund where legally required

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

3. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14–30 business days using the original payment method, where possible.
